He is great so is his assistant. But the office is so unprofessional!
My problem is with his office. They do not answer phones they do not return calls and they do not submit paperwork in a timely manner. This is no way to run an office. It’s a shame because Dr Shah is a very good Dr. but his office personal need to be more attentive to the needs of his patients.
Excellent bedside manner and polite to work with
